When you make a booking through our Service, you will receive a booking confirmation email once your booking has been processed and confirmed. This confirmation will include details of the travel services you have booked, the price, and any other relevant information.
A contract between you and the relevant Travel Provider will come into existence when we send you the booking confirmation on behalf of the Travel Provider. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the correct spelling of all travelers' names as they appear on their travel documents. You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any necessary vaccinations.
If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, we and/or the Travel Provider may cancel your booking and impose applicable cancellation charges.
All prices shown on our website are per person, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the travel services listed on our website. You will be advised of the current price before your booking is confirmed.
For certain bookings, you may be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due at a later date. The amount of the deposit and the due date for the balance will be specified during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
If you fail to pay the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit as a cancellation charge.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Provider. These charges may be up to 100% of the total booking cost.
If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as changing the date of travel or the accommodation, we will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Changes may incur additional charges and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Provider.
In rare circumstances, we or the Travel Provider may need to cancel or make significant changes to your booking. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of accepting the changes, booking alternative travel services, or receiving a full refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Requirements may change and vary by destination, so you should check the current requirements with the relevant authorities well in advance of travel.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your return. Some countries require a longer period of validity.
We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you do not have the correct travel documents.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and loss or damage to personal belongings.
We are not responsible for any costs that would be covered by appropriate travel insurance, including cancellation fees, medical expenses, and additional accommodation or transportation costs due to unforeseen circumstances.
We act as an agent for the Travel Providers and are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties. Your contract for the provision of travel services is between you and the Travel Provider.
We will not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death that results from the provision of travel services by Travel Providers or other third parties, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

During your travel, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries you visit. You must also comply with the terms and conditions of the Travel Providers, including check-in times, baggage allowances, and behavior policy.
You are responsible for any damage or loss you cause to property belonging to Travel Providers or other third parties. You agree to indemnify us against all claims, actions, proceedings, and losses resulting from any such damage or loss.
